Customer Service Engineer

We’re looking for a motivated Customer Service Engineer to join our Customer Service Team. Their mission? To maximize customer satisfaction by offering services throughout the lifespan of our waste-to-energy solutions! As Customer Service Engineer, your main responsibilities will be supporting our Customer Service Managers and actively engaging with your customer portfolio. You’ll also coordinate maintenance stops, provide technical advice and support, as well as ensure a smooth communication with clients, suppliers, and the Customer Service Team.

As our Customer Service Engineer, you will:

  • Assist our experienced Customer Service Managers with coordinating and planning of larger maintenance stops. You’ll collaborate with the Customer Service Team, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of these site interventions.
  • Manage all necessary documentation and ensure it is compliant to safety and quality regulations.
  • Act as the single point of contact for smaller accounts, managing client interactions and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Provide technical advice and support to clients regarding their waste-to-energy solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers to identify and source compatible spare parts.
  • Stay up to date about our solutions, so you can always offer our customers the best support and advice.

About you

We imagine our ideal candidate would:

  • Hold a master’s degree in engineering.
  • Be eager to learn about waste-to-energy solutions and related technologies.
  • Have excellent communication skills, and love working with others in a team environment.
  • Combine good organizational skills with a customer-oriented mindset and a proactive personality.
  • Be willing to travel to clients and suppliers across Europe (up to 20% of your time)
  • Be proficient in English, with a good knowledge of French as a plus – or you are willing to learn.
