We’re looking for a motivated Customer Service Engineer to join our Customer Service Team. Their mission? To maximize customer satisfaction by offering services throughout the lifespan of our waste-to-energy solutions! As Customer Service Engineer, your main responsibilities will be supporting our Customer Service Managers and actively engaging with your customer portfolio. You’ll also coordinate maintenance stops, provide technical advice and support, as well as ensure a smooth communication with clients, suppliers, and the Customer Service Team.
