We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to be the link between VYNCKE and the customer once our installation is up and running. Your goal will be to ensure the customer gets the absolute most out of their VYNCKE plant throughout its entire lifetime. You’ll drive customer satisfaction by offering tailored service solutions, including spare parts, operational support, helpdesk access, maintenance contracts, upgrades, and on-site interventions.
You’ll take full ownership of your assigned accounts, coordinating every service activity and acting as the customer’s trusted partner. In this role, you’ll report directly to the Customer Service Team Manager based in Thailand.
