Customer Service Team Manager

In this role, you’ll be our go-to person for the organization and execution of the customer services. As Customer Service Team Manager, you’ll lead our wonderful team tasked with the customer services in Western-Europe, Africa, and Latin America. 

about the job

As our Customer Service Team Manager, you will:

  • Lead a diverse, cross-country team of customer service managers, officers, and team leaders who oversee the help desk and technical support teams.
  • Translate the global customer service strategy and mission into actionable plans.
  • Motivate and develop your team members, focusing on personal growth.
  • Implement improvement and upscaling initiatives to optimize existing processes, ensuring they professionally documented and executed.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments such as our Project Office and Sales teams.

About you

We imagine our ideal candidate would:

  • Have a master’s degree in (business) engineering and at least 10 years working experience, with at least 3 years in an international setting.
  • Prioritize customers, understanding the needs and challenges of a client-centric environment.
  • Ideally have previous people management experience, but a warm, mature, and listening attitude is the priority.
  • Be able to mediate conflicts and have a persuasive nature, a process-oriented mindset, and a drive for process improvement and optimization.
  • Be willing to travel and work abroad occasionally.
  • Be proficient in English and Dutch.
