Global Tax Specialist

To further strengthen our finance team, we are looking for a Global Tax Specialist ensuring clarity, compliance and consistency across all tax-related matters. about the job

As our Global Tax Specialist, you will:

Coordinate and monitor global tax compliance across all entities and countries where VYNCKE operates and has tax obligations.
Be the contact person for local tax advisors and external partners handling corporate tax and VAT returns.
Provide expert advice on corporate income tax, VAT, transfer pricing and withholding taxes.
Train business stakeholders and provide country and project specific input on tax related questions to minimize tax risks and increase internal knowledge.
Analyze cross-border transactions and assess tax implications for our international projects.
Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal and external advisors to ensure consistent tax governance.
Identify tax risks & improvement opportunities and lead the implementation of global tax processes and guidelines.

About you

We imagine our ideal candidate would:

Bring solid expertise in corporate tax and VAT, ideally in an international or project business.
Hold a degree in Tax, Law, Finance or similar, supported by several years of experience.
Combine analytical strength with hands-on problem solving and clear communication.
Feel comfortable advising internal stakeholders and translating complex tax matters into practical actions.
Work proactively, structured and with attention to detail in a compliance-driven context.
Be eager to build and maintain a global tax framework while collaborating with colleagues worldwide.
