HR Business Partner

We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in the translation of the global HR strategy into a local HR-plan. If you are passionate about HR and thrive in an international environment, we would love to hear from you!

about the job

As our HR Business Partner, you will:

Be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, performance management and training & development.
Work closely with people managers to develop an HR agenda that supports the business.
Manage local HR processes within a global framework.
Participate in global HR projects.

About you

We imagine our ideal candidate would:

• Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in social sciences.
Have at least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in an international project or manufacturing environment.
Be experienced in recruiting for engineering roles.
Know common HR methods and practices.
Be a proactive team player.
Be fluent in Czech and English.
