HR Reward Officer

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the payroll execution and the application of the local benefit programs, all in compliance with the local legislation. You’ll work closely with local HR professionals and act as the point of contact for HR Mobility & local inspections. Depending on the settlement, this role may also involve supporting other local HR transactional processes or onboarding.

As our HR Reward Officer, you will:

  • Ensure correct and timely payment of salaries for all employees and manage related administrative processes.
  • Apply internal policies, regulations, and labor laws correctly, monitoring local operational HR processes like holiday requests, travel allowances, overtime reporting, etc.
  • Execute the annual merit process, ensuring data accuracy for the merit file.
  • Implement the benefit program, including fleet management.
  • Manage personnel files, ensuring contractual documentation is complete and legal administrative obligations are fulfilled.
  • Handle the administrative part of contracting and execute the local onboarding checklist, guiding new employees through the right procedures.

About you

We imagine our ideal candidate would:

  • Have at least 5 years’ experience in payroll preparation and compensation & benefits processing, as well as experience using HRIS systems or similar programs.
  • Be comfortable working with the back-office HR agenda.
  • Have good knowledge of local labor legislation; knowledge of labor laws in other countries would be an advantage.
  • Be precise, proactive and able to work independently.
  • Be fluent in English.
