Logistics Employee

We’re looking for a hands-on Logistics Employee to support the smooth flow of materials within our warehouse and toward projects worldwide. In this role, you’ll combine practical warehouse work with a strong focus on accuracy and service, helping ensure that customers and colleagues can rely on timely and correct deliveries.

You’ll report to the Team Leader Logistics.

about the job

As our Logistics Employee, you will:

Pick and prepare parts in the warehouse for shipment or production, based on picking lists.
Load and unload trucks using equipment such as forklifts, overhead cranes and reach trucks.
Inspect goods, check transport documents, and register the goods in our ERP system for proper storage in the correct location.
Monitor and update inventory data, label parts accurately, assist with annual stock counts, and report irregularities.
Perform quality inspections when required and complete material inspection reports.
Ensure safe operation of warehouse equipment, maintain safety documentation, and comply with legal requirements for warehouse facilities.

About you

We imagine our ideal candidate would:

Have a secondary school diploma or equivalent by experience, with already some experience in logistics or warehouse operations.
Hold a forklift license; a reach truck or overhead crane license is a plus.
Show flexibility, a hands-on attitude, and the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
Feel comfortable working with computers and ERP systems.
Communicate effectively in Dutch and English.
