Mechanical Design Engineer

We’re looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer who will play a pivotal role in our team. You’ll be responsible for the comprehensive design of our energy plants, ensuring that every aspect aligns with our vision for innovation and efficiency. The role involves not only the holistic design of our energy plants, but also the detailed designing of various parts of our boilers and components.

about the job

As our Mechanical Design Engineer, you will:

Create the holistic design in 3D based on the contract agreement of the projects, while keeping the budget in mind.
Develop detailed design drawings alongside the holistic design.
Prepare the layout, load drawing, and line model for the energy plants, ensuring the design is maintenance-friendly.
Perform strength calculations for pressure parts.
Support the Sales Team when needed.

About you

We imagine our ideal candidate would:

Hold a master’s degree in industrial or mechanical engineering.
Have at least 2 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering, including strength calculations.
Possess extensive knowledge of 3D and 2D software, particularly Inventor and AutoCAD.
Be fluent in English; proficiency in other European languages is a plus, with Spanish/Catalan being a strong asset.
