Project Engineer

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Project Engineer to join our team. In this role, you’ll be part of the project team responsible for realizing VYNCKE energy installations. Your main focus will be on managing technical documentation, supporting procurement, and coordinating project execution to ensure everything runs smoothly and on time.

You’ll work closely with the Project Manager and report to the Project Team Manager.

about the job

As our Project Engineer, you will:

Manage and update the process and instrumentation diagram (P&ID) for your project, ensuring all items are defined, procured, and delivered timely on site.
Support the procurement process by comparing quotations and technical details, working in close coordination with the Project Buyer and Project Manager.
Create and deliver technical documentation, including quality, safety, and operational manuals.
Help coordinate site activities with the customer during project execution.
Monitor compliance with performance standards and contractual requirements, helping the team deliver the project within scope, budget, and schedule.

About you

We imagine our ideal candidate would:

Have a master’s degree in engineering.
Combine good organizational & communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Enjoy teamwork and engaging with clients and suppliers.
Have a flexible mindset and a sense of ownership and initiative.
Be fluent in Czech and English.
