Are you a talented Project Layout Designer ready for your next challenge? We’re seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the comprehensive design of VYNCKE’s energy installations. Your role will involve preparing the layout, load drawing, and line model within set deadlines. Together with your team, you’ll ensure the meticulous design of each assigned project. about the job

As our Project Layout Designer, you will:

Develop holistic 3D designs, layouts, load drawings, and line models of energy installations in accordance with contractual agreements and design checklists.
Communicate frequently and pro-actively with the Project Design Engineer and Mechanical Designer about the project status, progress, and deadlines of the project drawings.
Together with the Engineering Team Manager, assign detailed drawings to both internal and external resources.
Actively check the drawings and the layouts to ensure collision-free walkways and optimal accessibility to parts.
Keep close contact with subcontractors for their drawings to guarantee the deadlines and instructions are followed.
Support the Sales Team for new upcoming projects by providing sales layout.

About you

We imagine our ideal candidate would:

Hold a degree in Mechanical Design or equivalent experience.
Have experience with 2D & 3D software, preferably AutoCAD 2D & 3D, Inventor, Revit and Navisworks.
Have intermediate MS Office skills.
Be a team player, dynamic and responsible.
Be fluent in English, with local or other languages as a plus.
