Project Logistics Engineer

We’re looking for a hands-on and process-driven Project Logistics Engineer to lead and elevate our logistics discipline. In this role, you’ll manage the global logistics flow for VYNCKE projects. You’ll coordinate planning, transport, and documentation while supporting continuous improvement in logistics efficiency and compliance. You’ll work closely with project teams, suppliers, and our global logistics network, and report to the Project Team Manager.

about the job

As our Project Logistics Engineer, you will:

Plan and manage project logistics by organizing logistics meetings, creating shipping plans, and coordinating transport schedules in line with project timelines, budgets, and scope.
Act as the main logistics contact between project teams, suppliers, forwarders, and customers to ensure seamless execution.
Select, evaluate, and manage logistics suppliers; handle RFQs, quotations, purchase orders, and contracts.
Supervise logistics operations to meet VYNCKE quality and safety standards, ensuring proper packing, loading, and continuous improvement of processes.
Maintain accurate logistics records in ERP systems, manage shipping, customs, and certification documents, and support reporting and administration.

About you

We imagine our ideal candidate would:

Hold a master’s or bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, or logistics/supply chain management.
Be process-oriented and enjoy driving improvement while handling challenges with patience and respect.
Bring a proactive, structured approach and strong communication skills.
Be a team player with a hands-on mentality.
Be willing to travel for short periods.
Be fluent in English (both written and spoken). Local and other languages are a plus.
