Project Officer

As our Project Officer, you’ll play an important supporting role in the successful execution of engineering projects. You’ll work closely with project managers, suppliers and internal team, coordinating activities, handling project documentation and ensuring processes run smoothly. This role offers hands-on experience in an international setting where clean energy projects make a real impact.

about the job

As our Project Officer, you will:

Support the Project Team in the realization of VYNCKE projects
Prepare and follow up purchase orders and transport documentation
Compare supplier offers, clarify differences and support supplier selection process
Coordinate transports and urgent deliveries to site
Compile instruction manuals and upload project documentation
Support project cost control

About you

We imagine our ideal candidate would:

Hold a bachelor’s degree or have equivalent experience
Have a strong interest in technology and engineering projects
Be well organized, proactive and detail-oriented
Communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written
Be a team player with good coordination skills
Have first relevant experience as an asset (not required)
