Project Sales Engineer

We’re looking for a Project Sales Engineer to support the Project Sales Manager in identifying and aligning customer needs with the most suitable VYNCKE solution, ensuring both technical and economic feasibility. In this role, you will act as the key liaison between the Project Sales Manager and internal teams, while also providing technical and administrative support throughout the sales process.

about the job

As our Project Sales Engineer, you will:

  • Analyse the customer’s needs in-depth together with the Project Sales Manager and study the different technical concepts to meet the customer’s requirements.
  • Prepare a detailed technical offer by consulting the internal teams (project management, design, cost engineering) and external suppliers.
  • Make a professional presentation of the proposal and present our offer to the customer, together with the Project Sales Manager.
  • Be in direct contact with the Project Sales Manager, customer, internal team, and external subcontractors.

About you

We imagine our ideal candidate would:

  • Hold a degree in engineering in bio-engineering, commercial engineering or civil engineering.
  • Have 3 to 5 years of experience in a technical process with direct communication to customers; preferable in pre-sales.
  • Combine keen interest in complex engineering projects with commercial flair, integrity, and excellent communication skills.
  • Have good abstract and conceptual insight.
  • Show proactivity, perspective, precision, and a drive to deliver high-quality proposals.
  • Be willing to travel for short periods of time.
  • Be fluent in English, with local or other languages as a plus.
