about the job

As our Project Sales Manager, you will:

  • Evaluate incoming projects to ensure they meet both technical and budget feasibility.
  • Collaborate and manage relationships with internal teams (engineering, design, finance, field, etc.) and external prospects.
  • Drive the sales process by identifying the next best steps to move deals forward.
  • Continuously monitor the market for future projects, connecting with key industry stakeholders.

About you

We imagine our ideal candidate would:

  • Hold a master’s degree in engineering.
  • Have at least 5 years of international experience in selling complex B2B industrial investment projects. Experience in renewable energy, waste management, or recycling solutions would be a plus.
  • Be passionate about evaluating projects to determine if they are the right fit for the company.
  • Be willing to travel up to 20% of the time.
  • Be fluent in English and French, additional languages would be a plus.
