Join our global Technology Team as an R&D Engineer! You’ll play a key role in driving VYNCKE’s innovation strategy, working closely with our Project Teams in a dynamic, customer-focused industry. In this role, you’ll be a point of contact for our customers, suppliers, and partners.

about the job

As our R&D Engineer, you will:

Focus on in-depth analysis of the combustion process and its related processes.
Collaborate with our VYNCKE Technology Centre at the Technical University of Ostrava.
Set up and improve plant design methodologies.
Create new design processes and products or services related to your fields of expertise.
Stay up to date with the evolution of technology and follow new developments in biomass-to-energy.

About you

We imagine our ideal candidate would:

Have master’s degree in electromechanical engineering, power engineering, or automation with at least 3 years of relevant experience in combustion, gasification engineering or thermodynamics.
Ideally have a basic knowledge of Python.
Be service-minded and willing to find alignment with the Project Teams.
Be fluent in English.
