Talent Acquisition Specialist

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle of specific vacancies or assignments across departments and settlements.

You will work closely with hiring managers and the local HR teams to attract, assess and hire top talent for both operational and strategic positions.

about the job

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from defining requirements with hiring managers to sourcing and interviewing applicants, all the way to preparing offers for final candidates.
  • Build a trustworthy relationship with the business based on knowledge, communication skills and ability to balance current business needs and long-term goals of the company. 
  • Discuss, challenge, and advise hiring managers on the selection of the right candidates who fit both the role and VYNCKE.
  • Act as an ambassador and point of contact for our applicant tracking system (ATS), understanding both basic and admin functionalities.
  • Closely collaborate, inform, and consult the local HR BP’s and managers to align recruitment with business needs and challenges, as well as HR vision and policies. 

About you

We imagine our ideal candidate would:

  • Hold a master’s degree or have equivalent relevant experience.
  • Have a minimum of 7 years of in-house recruitment experience, with a relevant period in international recruitment.
  • Have strong knowledge of common recruitment methods, sourcing methodologies, interviewing techniques and employer branding initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and candidates in a clear, timely and respectful way.
  • Be fluent in Dutch and English. Spanish and/or French are strong assets.
  • Be open to collaborating on either an indefinite employment contract or a service agreement.
