Talent Acquisition Specialist

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle of specific vacancies or assignments across departments and settlements.

You will work closely with hiring managers to attract, assess and hire top talent for both operational and strategic positions.

about the job

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes fromdefining requirements with hiring managers to sourcing and interviewing applicants, all the way to preparing offers for final candidates.
Build a trustworthy relationship with the business based on knowledge, communication skills and ability to balance current business needs and long-term goals of the company.
Discuss, challenge, and advise hiring managers on the selection of the right candidateswho fit both the role and VYNCKE.
Act as an ambassador and point of contact for our applicant tracking system (ATS), understanding both basic and advanced functionalities.
Closely collaborate with, inform, and consult the local HRM to align recruitment with business needs and challenges, as well as HR vision and policies.

About you

We imagine our ideal candidate would:

Hold a master’s degree or have equivalent relevant experience.
Have a minimum of 7 years of recruitment experience, with a minimum of 3 years of experience recruiting in an International (Industrial) Engineering Environment.
Have strong knowledge of common recruitment methods, sourcing methodologies, interviewing techniques.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and candidates in a clear, timely and respectful way.
Be fluent in English and Chinese. Any other language is a plus.
Experience with employer branding is a plus.
