Do you thrive in different environments and enjoy being at the heart of the action, oftentimes internationally? Then this is the domain for you.
In the field is where the magic happens. Field Engineers, Customer Service Field Engineers and Service Technicians experience VYNCKE’s projects coming to life. From overseeing the construction to witnessing the first fire, and keeping the fire burning through maintaining and repairing our energy installations: this team is hands-on and essential. If you choose this domain, then you are closely involved with the construction and operational phases of the project, very often being on-site to oversee progress.
No day is the same, because when you work in the field, each project is unique. By bringing our solutions to life and keeping the operations running, you’ll tackle challenges that change the industry of clean energy one day at a time.
Our engineers and technicians in the field are a tight community, even from a distance. When you have to go to a project on-site on your own, you’ll still be surrounded by our remote network, which will help you solve problems as a team.
Working in the field means bringing VYNCKE’s innovative solutions to various corners of the globe. Your work directly ensures that our commitment to sustainability and quality makes a tangible difference in the companies and industries we serve.
At VYNCKE, continuous learning is not just encouraged – it’s essential. As a knowledge-driven business, we’re always innovating and exploring new solutions, pushing the boundaries of technology in clean energy.
The VTP offers a deep dive into the technologies VYNCKE utilizes, with sessions led by worldwide experts from our team. Topics include fuel analysis, combustion technologies, control loops, and flue gas treatment, aiming to enrich your understanding and application of our core tech.
We focus on nurturing your technical knowledge and skills according to your interests and the needs of our team. To do this, we constantly try to identify opportunities for you to develop expertise in specific technical domains.
Aside from mentorships and learning programs, a big part of your growth at VYNCKE comes from on-the-job learning. Each project is a complex, custom-made opportunity to help you learn and grow. We want you to embrace these opportunities with both hands, so we will give you the trust and autonomy to do so.
When you work closely together like we do at VYNCKE, technical skills alone aren’t enough. Through internal and external training we enhance your behavioral skills in communication, teamwork, project management, negotiation, public speaking, and dealing with customer feedback.

My work at VYNCKE is far from your typical office job. Much of my time is spent on the road. I lead teams of technicians to tackle and troubleshoot maintenance issues on-site. From troubleshooting a bent tile in Italy to ensuring a boiler is operational by the end of the week, the satisfaction of solving a problem and seeing the immediate impact of our work is amazing. It’s also perfect for someone like me, fresh out of university with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a love for adventure. The travel aspect of this job was a huge draw and it did not disappoint. I get to see new places and work with lots of people, all while doing meaningful work.
Even with my intense travelling schedule, it’s still possible to balance private and professional time. I’m always home on the weekends and during the week – when I’m on-site – I can work late to make sure that the issue is resolved by Friday.
