We want to be the reference in an industry that is constantly evolving. What does this mean? That the quality and durability of our installations change for the better every single day. That we reinvent fire to turn biomass and waste into energy. And, that we ignite excellence.
At VYNCKE, you get the chance to develop your knowledge and skills, discover your strengths and learn from colleagues. Because you don’t walk your path of growth alone. Your colleagues are here to support you – you just need to ask.
Do you want to work on a global scale while experiencing the warmth of a family-led business? In each of our settlements around the globe, you’ll experience our authentic culture of mutual care, a trait unique to a company built on family values.
At VYNCKE, ambition fuels our progress. We aim high to push boundaries and to be the reference for tailor-made clean energy solutions globally.
Alignment is key. As Vynckeneers, we move together, united in our goals for the future, ensuring that we take every step as a team.
Authenticity is at our core. We respect and value differences, honesty, trust and genuine connections. This creates an environment where every Vynckeneer can be their true self.
What does it mean to be a Vynckeneer? They’ll tell you themselves! Discover their experiences, challenges and triumphs, and discover what it really means to be part of our community.
Can’t wait to experience ‘jeunen’ yourself? If you align with our values and see yourself becoming a Vynckeneer, then we can’t wait to meet you.
In our VIP-Week we welcome every new Vynckeneer – regardless of their role or settlement – into the heart of the VYNCKE family. You’ll dive into our culture, learn about our technology, and meet both the management team and fellow new starters. Expect engaging training, management lunches, and the unique walk of flame in our territory in Belgium (where our roots lie) to start your VYNCKE journey.
Starting a new journey can be overwhelming, which is why every new Vynckeneer gets a personal coach to help ease into life at VYNCKE. From learning about team routines to finding the best local coffee spot, your coach is there to answer all your questions. The integration coach is your guide to everything VYNCKE, ensuring you feel at home from day one.
Beyond the VIP-week, our onboarding process includes a personalized, function-based training plan focusing on your role. Through various training sessions, we make sure you are not just ready to be a Vynckeneer, but also ready to take on your role with confidence.
VYNCKE is committed to developing future leaders. For those showing leadership potential, we provide a cross-functional, competency-based program: Growing Vynckeneers. Running bi-annually, this initiative prepares you for leadership roles, enhancing your skills across different areas of our business.
A new job is exciting, but it doesn’t have to end there. Throughout your entire career at VYNCKE, you can take the opportunity to challenge yourself. Ready to try new roles globally, dive deeper into your field, lead a team, or switch to a new department? It all starts with applying at VYNCKE.
